I need help from people with blogger experience. I paid for Glenn Kinen’s banner, the money has been deducted from my PayPal account, I have emailed the blogger folks, yet the banner still exists. Anyone:

A.) Know how long it takes for them to be taken down.

B.) Know what I can do to get in touch with them, since email is not getting a response.
