Just leave Steve Earle alone, already!
Steve Earle is a whacked out musician. I like to listen to him. He rarely, if ever, takes himself seriously, and neither should you. He is not trying to start an uprising, he is not trying to shape political opinion (unlike the jackasses in Hollywood or the whiny leftists at Common Dreams). He is just spouting off. Let him be.
The way to solve the problem is by not listening to it if it pisses you off. And while you are at it, you boycott Nazi’s, get your god damned V-Chip out of my god damned television.
