I am glad to report that somebody managed tofind something mildly amusing about the completely unfunny GOP Vote Buying Scheme of 2003 Prescription Drug Benefit. Craig Kilborn quipped tonight:
Experts claim that over the next two decades, the Prescription Drug Benefit could cost as much as $2 trillion. And that’s just for Rush Limbaugh…
I chuckled.

OT:
HEY Cole looks like that Democratic intelligence committee memo may have been stolen. Since the Repubs aren’t above stealing memos from judiciary committee members it wouldn’t suprise me if they stole the one intelligence committee memo.

The truly sad thing is that number might not really be that outragous.

I guess that joke’s going around, John. Conan said, and I quote from memory, “This morning, Congress passed a Medicare prescription drug benefit. 40 million people will now have access to the same drugs as Rush Limbaugh.”

On the Fox NFL pregame show, Jimmy Johnson was talking about the Eagles winning streak and he said something like “all of the people who were criticizing Donovan McNabb are either in hiding or in rehab”.
I laughed at that one too, since even though I lean to the right, I’m no fan of Rush.
