Balloon Juice

Come for the politics, stay for the snark.

“When somebody takes the time to draw up a playbook, they’re gonna use it.”

You don’t get rid of your umbrella while it’s still raining.

After dobbs, women are no longer free.

Teach a man to fish, and he’ll sit in a boat all day drinking beer.

An almost top 10,000 blog!

The revolution will be supervised.

Mediocre white men think RFK Jr’s pathetic midlife crisis is inspirational. The bar is set so low for them, it’s subterranean.

Someone should tell Republicans that violence is the last refuge of the incompetent, or possibly the first.

Today in our ongoing national embarrassment…

We need to vote them all out and restore sane Democratic government.

If you are still in the gop, you are either an extremist yourself, or in bed with those who are.

Republicans do not pay their debts.

All hail the time of the bunny!

Do not shrug your shoulders and accept the normalization of untruths.

You come for women, you’re gonna get your ass kicked.

The Supreme Court cannot be allowed to become the ultimate, unaccountable arbiter of everything.

This isn’t Democrats spending madly. This is government catching up.

Reality always lies in wait for … Democrats.

Every reporter and pundit should have to declare if they ever vacationed with a billionaire.

GOP baffled that ‘we don’t care if you die’ is not a winning slogan.

You passed on an opportunity to be offended? What are you even doing here?

People really shouldn’t expect the government to help after they watched the GOP drown it in a bathtub.

If you still can’t see these things even now, maybe politics isn’t your forte and you should stop writing about it.

Everything is totally normal and fine!!!

You’re not gonna ask for money and then take a whole month off to spend at your summer home like Sullivan does, are you?

Nope. And technically, I wasn’t asking for money.

I was far angrier at Sullivan’s abrupt about-face on Bush more than his habit of welching off his readers and then laughing all the way to Provincetown.

Jumping Jesus on a pogo stick! Did Sullivan ever think George Bush would endorse gay marriage? I knew Sullivan would be forced to endorse Kerry eventually. I can certainly understand his reasons for doing so. Gay marriage is a critical issue for Andrew, and I have nothing against single-isssue voters. But he not only endorsed Kerry, he apparently adopted the entire panalopy of leftist complaints against the very man he used to defend from the very same charges. He not only quit the varsity program, he moved to another school district and is now furiously training so he can be the starting QB.

But hey, I guess he had to polish his lefty credentials now. All that bandwidth costs money. A whole lot of money, apparently.

Sorry I already pay for cable and it supplies me with all the lies and biased untruths I can handle. Don’t think I want to pay for anymore. Maybe try for a job at Fox, they seem to like your sort of rhetoric there.

Heh heh. So, “9” continues to mewl after getting roundly trounced at DailyPundit. Classic wussy leftoid — can’t provide any solid arguments or thoughts, just troll, troll, troll.

BTW, John, you ought to read about Bill Quick’s experience with PayPal. They sound pretty stiff, so you might consider shifting to a different source. FWIW.
