The sad news is that my dear friend and colleague, Dave Barry, is taking an extended leave (without pay or health benefits).
It was a sad moment for all of us the humor business — Robert Novak, George Will, Bill O’Reilly. The good news is, Dave is gone but not dead — though in a few months everyone will think he is.
