Come for the politics, stay for the snark.

They want us to be overwhelmed and exhausted. Focus. Resist. Oppose.

A democracy can’t function when people can’t distinguish facts from lies.

I really should read my own blog.

The republican caucus is covering themselves with something, and it is not glory.

The arc of the moral universe does not bend itself. it is up to us to bend it.

If rights aren’t universal, they are privilege, not rights.

I like political parties that aren’t owned by foreign adversaries.

Also, are you sure you want people to rate your comments?

This fight is for everything.

“Can i answer the question? No you can not!”

Technically true, but collectively nonsense

Lick the third rail, it tastes like chocolate!

Dear Washington Post, you are the darkness now.

Wake up. Grow up. Get in the fight.

Tick tock motherfuckers!

If you thought you’d already seen people saying the stupidest things possible on the internet, prepare yourselves.

Insiders who complain to politico: please report to the white house office of shut the fuck up.

Cancel the cowardly Times and Post and set up an equivalent monthly donation to ProPublica.

A tremendous foreign policy asset… to all of our adversaries.

Mediocre white men think RFK Jr’s pathetic midlife crisis is inspirational. The bar is set so low for them, it’s subterranean.

The way to stop violence is to stop manufacturing the hatred that fuels it.

Fear or fury? The choice is ours.

Right Talk

Just got off the phone for Bill and Jeff’s radio show, which you can find here. It was a good time, and I had forgotten how much fun radio could be. I used to be a DJ back in the day, but that was years ago.

You can listen here, and I am on from about 10 after the hour until 45 after the hour. They keep changing the actual link, so just go to Right Talk and look for the Citizen Journalist.

*** Update ***

Reviews:

I’m a moron and should play “Hide and Go fuck myself.” Direct and to the point. (For the record, we don’t hate each other)

More positve here. “I was pleasantly surprised in the first segment with the good interview of John Cole.” Kinda makes me feel like George Bush after his first debate in 2000- the bar was set so low, I pleasantly surprised some people.

More positive here from Richard Bennett, who by nature is a grumpy bastard (and he loves his hai food). Of course, we generally see eye to eye on most everything.

Lots of comments here.

More here.

I think you did real well. The age-old conflict between conservatives and libertarians in the Republican Party has reared its head again, and we need to whip the conservatives into line before it’s too late. You’ve been doing some fine whipping lately.

When you play, just count to ten before looking. Don’t want you counting to eleven and disappointing yourself.

The temperature dropped to 40, so I have socks on. Counting to eleven is impossible right now.

I thought you did great, John. I called in just to save a life.

I had to chuckle when you had to ask who you were talking to, Jeff or Bill.
