Fascinating. When did he find time to star in The Crying Game?

Maybe they’re on to something over there — he also found time to star in the Stargate movie as Ra.

Ha! The first thing I thought of was Stargate as well.
Then I though maybe it was a picture of a very tan Jeff Gannon on one of his Whitehouse “sleepovers”.
The Disembodied Voice
I think he looks a little like Michael Jackson (pre-surgery, obviously).

I think the HP snatched the pic from Drudge without accreditation.
Very bad bloggy manners if I’m right.
Gatchaman
Oh, I didn’t realize drudge took the picture. I was under the impression he lifted if from the WashPost site himself.

His upper lip looks like it’s been botoxed. I guess Hollywood is using the “Ancient Egyptian Secret”.

Gatchaman,
A little HT would’ve been so hard?
You don’t HT the WaPo because you link to it so that would be superfluous.

I wonder what the “Egyptians were black” folks over in Berkeley will have to say about this.
The American team was working off a plastic copy of the skull and knew nothing about it, yet correctly identified it as “North African Caucasoid,” and their reconstruction was nearly identical to the French team’s work (who did know they were working on Tut).
I note the Egyptian team gave him a more prominent, hooked nose…probably because they don’t want to deal with the idea the ancient Egyptians weren’t Arabic any more than they were black.

Aw, man, I’ve not yet seen The Crying Game, and now you’ve ruined it!
Well, actually, Jim Abrahams ruined it for me first, but he doesn’t have a blog.

Well, I’m pretty sure Cleopatra didn’t wear SPF-50 suncreen or have “violet eyes to die for.”
As for King Tut, I was thinking an early 80s Boy George devoid of costume, but with eye makeup in tact.
Stormy70
My husband said he looked like one of the Baldwin brothers. I am fishing through his internet activity to see if I should be worried.

You’d probably be wrong, Norbizness. Cleopatra was purportedly quite pale, and bathed in milk(asses milk, I believe) to maintain that paleness. She’d probably opt for SPF 100.
She was also quite Greek looking, as befits one of Greek descent. Her portrait is on several coins.
