    One of my favorite series of all time. Too bad the movie stunk.

    If you like Adams, try some of Terry Pratchett’s stuff if you haven’t already. Pratchett lacks the sheer loony brilliance of Adams, but he’s still very funny and Discworld has become a fantasically well-realized universe.

    I’m reading that now, also, as a matter of fact. My dog-eared pages thus far: 174, 224, 243-244, and 278, which is easily the most applicable to american politics.

    I can’t reccommend Terry Pratchatt and Neil Gaiman’s combined effort, Good Omens more highly. Terribly funny book. I’ve also started the Discworld series.
