    I’d love to hate the Born Again (his poor mother!) Colson.

    But he is sincerely passionate about relieving the plight of people trapped in the hell of prison, and while I may not care much for the branding of his methods, I applaud the fact that he works his ass off to help the powerless. I can find nothing dishonest or self-serving about the man, a rare thing in these times.

    If seeing the Light did not equate in today’s US to renewal of GOP vows …

    The pardoned ex-cons who concern me more are the Abrams, MacFarlanes, Poindexters, Liddys etc. It’s one thing to pardon them but it’s another thing to re-hire and promote them.

    And some born again(TM)s who concern me more than Colson are JD Guckert T DeLay and GW Bush. Blasphemy bothers me.

    Is a secular Republican necessarily a RINO?
