Come for the politics, stay for the snark.

My years-long effort to drive family and friends away has really paid off this year.

When you’re in more danger from the IDF than from Russian shelling, that’s really bad.

In my day, never was longer.

Putin must be throwing ketchup at the walls.

They traffic in fear. it is their only currency. if we are fearful, they are winning.

Within six months Twitter will be fully self-driving.

This really is a full service blog.

I swear, each month of 2025 will have its own history degree.

We know you aren’t a Democrat but since you seem confused let me help you.

A norm that restrains only one side really is not a norm – it is a trap.

This country desperately needs a functioning fourth estate.

Good lord, these people are nuts.

Relentless negativity is not a sign that you are more realistic.

The only way through is to slog through the muck one step at at time.

If you cannot answer whether trump lost the 2020 election, you are unfit for office.

I have a new favorite show.

Dirty Jobs on Discovery. The guy is just a laugh a minute. He was cleaning out sludge pits tonight, and someone asked him how it rated. he responded, “In Dante’s Seven Rings of Hell? About 6 1/2.”

Hehe.

Great show. I’ve been tivo-ing it for a while to catch older eps. Sewer inspector and chicken sexer were both pretty darn funny as well.

Um, was he trying to be funny by giving the wrong number of rings? He’s mixing up Dante’s Hell and the Islamic Heaven here…

Or are the last two in Dante not rings?

    (Pardon my anal-retentive nature.)

I am probably the one who mixed it up.
