Some quick notes:
1.) Ninja Gaiden Black is kicking my ass on hard, which I was unaware you had to complete to get all the new shit. Finishing the normal game cost me a couple controllers. Bastiches.
2.) For those of you who like alternative browsers, Opera is now free.
3.) Infidel, who guest-blogged about Serenity the other day, attended the premiere/preview last night and will have a post up sometime soon.

I’m pleased Opera is free and hope folks check it out. I have been using it since version 6 and prefer it to Firefox.

I have to admit that I do not understand people who waste their time playing role-playing computer games.
What is the point?
Especially when you could be conquering the early-modern world playing Europa Universalis, or re-fighting World War II (from 1936-47!) with Hearts of Iron.
I mean, really, directing the military and industrial strategy of a world power has to seriously kick ass over being some dorky Ninja. No?

Ninja Gaiden is an action game, not a role playing game. It’s also one of the most highly regarded games of any of the current generation consoles, and one of the most beloved game series of all time. But I like strategy games too.

Does anybody know if they ever made a version of FFVII for the PC? I don’t have my Playstation anymore, and would love to give that game another go.

Did someone say “Ninja”?

They DID… it came out about concurrent with the game. You’ll have a heck of a time finding something that old though.

I know…I checked on EBay, and found a few, but nothing in Canada. Will have to keep looking. It took me forever to finish the game the first time, but it was SO worth it to see that ending.

opera has been free for a number of years, ie ever since I have had a computer
