More of the nonsense that Jews have to live with on a daily basis:
There is no truth to reports that Israelis staying at the Radisson SAS hotel in Amman on Wednesday were evacuated by Jordanian security forces before the bombing that took place there.
The Israelis were escorted back to Israel by Jordanian security personnel only after the attacks had taken place, contrary to earlier reports.
Quick- someone get Justin Raimondo on the case!

Hey, even though we control the media, we don’t control the future. Honestly, I’m not sure if people should take these claims as an insulting looney conspiracy or a ridiculous compliment to the Isreali secret service.
The J00s know all! :-p So silly.

Wait a sec…you’re saying that many Arab Muslims hate Israel and its people, and therefore are more likely to create, spread, or believe weird, unsubstantiated rumors about Israelis? That IS news!

Uh, well, the original story saying they were evactuated appeared yesterday at Haaretzdaily.com. That’s where I read it. Now it’s been replaced by this story.
I guess you can vent your outrage up with the j-haters at Haaretz…

Right on, Neil. It’s better if we let small, insignificant people mouth and repeat and chant anti-semitic lies, because it’s not like they’d ever gain positions of power and do anything to act out their sick fantasies…

My wife is Jewish and no one ever tells us anything! Where’s the love, people?

Here is what doesn’t make any sense. Why would the arab nation’s security forces evacuate the jews first? Woudn’t it make sense to evacuate the westerners who have an economic interest in jordan? More over, if the jews did know what reason would they have for siding with Al-queda? I mean there is not one bit of this that makes sense. Further, in comparison with 9/11, if the Jews also know about that wouldn’t their greed lead them to prevent it and the economic crash
As a Jew I can leak that at the last meeting for world domination we discussed shutting down one of our media outlets, FOX, but it is just too funny. It still gets me… Brit Hume a reporter… Fair and balanced… who ever said we don’t have a sense of irony? To bad the gentiles don’t get that FOX is a parody.

This was the original posting by Haaretz:
By Yoav Stern, Haaretz Correspondent
A number of Israelis staying on Wednesday at the Radisson hotel were evacuated before the bombing by Jordanian security forces, apparently due to a specific security alert. They were escorted back to Israel by security personnel.
The Foreign Ministry stated Wednesday that no Israeli tourists are known to have been injured in the blasts. Representatives of Israel’s embassy in Amman were in contact with local authorities to examine any report of injured Israelis, but none were received. There are often a number of Israeli businessman and tourists in Amman, including in the hotels hit Wednesday.
Israel’s counter-terror headquarters on Wednesday recommended Israeli citizens not travel in Jordan. Travel warnings regarding Jordan were tightened a few months ago, but many Israelis still visit the country. Many also visit other regions such as the Jordanian Arava and the ancient city of Petra.

We had this issue come up with bombing in London where it was reputed that a former Israeli Prime Minister had been evacuated from a hotel prior to the bombing. I have this vague recollection that the Israeli press contributed to the confusion or misinformation.
Why did Haaretz publish this within 5-6 hours after the bombing in Jordan?
Steve S
The real question is why did Haaretz publish this 5 hours before the bombing.
Two can play at this game. :-)
