Come for the politics, stay for the snark.

“Can i answer the question? No you can not!”

Fundamental belief of white supremacy: white people are presumed innocent, minorities are presumed guilty.

You can’t attract Republican voters. You can only out organize them.

Rodney Harrison on TO

As much as I hate to admit it, Rodney Harrison, who I hate with a passion because he is chippy, whiny, and always begging for calls during games, has this 100% right:

“If was a general manager, I don’t care if he wanted to come in and play for the league minimum, I would not have him in my locker room,” Harrison told Newsday.

“I wouldn’t want him around my organization, my city or anything. I would not welcome him. I do not respect him. I think he’s a selfish jerk. All he thinks about is money and himself.”

Harrison is one of those guys who everyone in the league hates but still respects and would love to have on their team. His credibility just increased with this statement.

All he thinks about is money and himself

Yikes, those priorities are just backward.

But all seriousness aside …. we’ll take him in Arizona.

Things are pretty desperate out here.

I hear T.O.’s turned a corner with his personal problems.

And isn’t that the same Rodney Harrison who was talking about how great T.O. was during the run-up to his trade in 2003?

Hey, ppg, you could become a Seahawks fan. It’s got all the frequency of success of being a Cubs fan, without the White Sox to act as a distraction.

I wouldn’t say Rodney Harrison is respected… he’s considered the dirtiest player in the league, by other players

and by a wide margin over whoever was second place

(based on an SI poll of players last year I remember but can’t cite at all)

No way he beats Romanowski, is there?

Anyway… TO was on my fantasy team this year, so I should probably recuse myself. I petitioned our manager to allow “number of potato chips eaten while watching his team play from the couch” as an additional scoring stat, but no dice.

As long as he doesn’t go to Dallas, I don’t care. He’s more of a cancer on a team than Deion.

Yeah, I used to hate Rodney with a passion too…when he was with the Chargers. And then he came to the Pats…and then he went…and now he’s truly missed. As for T.O., it’s the flypaper theory in action. All the narcissists are gathering in one place…Drew Rosehnhaus, Ralph Nader, the Rev. I truly expect Johnny Cochran to rise from the grave and wing his way to the T.O. hearing by Friday. Now we won’t have to fight them at home.

Rodney Harrison is the little bitch that was “hurt” in the fourth quarter when the Pats were out of time outs against the Colts two years ago. Amazingly, he was healed completely by the time the game ended, taking off his helmet and running around the field after Edge was stopped at the goalline. Fuck him, and fuck the Pats. And Drew Rosenhaus (sp? he’s not worth looking up) makes TO look like a saint. You wanna talk about a scumbag….

I don’t think Romo was still playing when the poll was taken. But yeah, I don’t think even bitch-ass Rodney Harrison is dirtier than Romanowski.

Still, Harrison’s right about T.O. That won’t prevent some team from taking him, though. And T.O. will keep his true self in check for a bit so that he can show off what a good citizen he has, but he can’t keep that facade from cracking for long.

T.O. has reversed his principles, now all he thinks about is himself and money.

He’s also building schools in baghdad. Why aren’t we talking about the schools?

Seriously, he can go play with Randy Moss with the Raiders.

Generally I don’t go around correcting factual errors of other posters because it’s such a full time job, I wouldn’t have time to eat. But since “Joey” sounds like one of those insufferable, whiny Colts fans, I will offer him this: Rodney Harrison was not “the little bitch” you refer to in that glorious goal line stand game. But I’m not going to tell you who it was because I rather prefer you go through the rest of your life blinkered.

The real question is, why does Philadelphia hate TO’s freedom?

I don’t remember where I saw it, but there was this great picture of TO with a caption that stated, “Hmm, that didn’t quite work out like I intended it.” TO’s got the right to say whatever he wants, and the team has the right (assuming they play by the rules of the contract) to not play him. Last I read he was going to get paid for not playing the rest of the year. If that’s the worst that happens to him, he’s in better shape than most of us would be after being publicly insubordinate.

But what about that 4th quarter interception last night that gave Dallas the win? Crap! I hate Dallas. At least my Seahawks are doing well this year. Anyone think that Mike Holmgren and Andy Reid could be twins (one w/mustache, one w/o)?
