Well, at least 7th Heavan was cancelled too.
What will Sidney do with her wig collection? And will the conference room of endless explosions be re-purposed as an Apple Store?

Well, there’s still TNT…

hmm, dunno the series, but it’s “kaputt”, with 2 t’s.
Totally OT, just to save your Thanksgiving day:
You were right not to stand in line for hours to buy that xbox 360:

How in flying hell did that show last as long as it did?

Red States.

My spanish speaking friends like the show. Reminds them of mexican soap operas, for some reason.
Or maybe some people like a show that only requires a 3rd grade English vocabulary to understand?

Hey- I like Alias.

I think they were talking about 7th Heaven.

The thread on “7th Heaven” at TelevisionWithoutPity has always been funny (it’s currently called “7th Heaven: We Hate This Goddamn Show”), and the recapper’s hate of the show made the recaps hilarious.
Louise
For that matter, Erin’s recaps of Alias are great, too. She’s so popular, she did commentary on at least one season of the DVDs.
But I imagine the love for Alias around here has more to do with a certain actress’ assets than any snark potential or the Victor Garber/Ron Rifkin fabulousness (my reasons for watching).

Good. Now she can come home to West Virginia

I enjoyed Alias at first, but then it just got too mystical-magical with all of that prophecy stuff. Most shows are on way too long after they’ve jumped the shark.
demimondian
They’re already served by the national news.
Dexter
Try watching Fox, then. It’s a cut above the MSM no-knowthing garbage, vocabulary-wise.
Steve
Alias used to be such a great show, although I never thought Jennifer Garner was all that. I just liked the show.
This season has been so bad, though, that even my friends who are crazy about the show aren’t all that upset it’s being cancelled. I guess that’s one way to let the fans down easy.

About a year too late.

I agree with Steve. I used to love how J.J. Abrams managed to reinvent the show every season. But this year, with Michael Vartan, Lena Olin, Greg Grunberg, and god knows who else gone, it’s just not worth it anymore.

She’s welcome to bring them over here, and I’ll show her what to do with them.
I thought that last season got a bit weak towards the end, but it was only a minor slide compared to the train wreck that has been this season. I’m sorry, but I’m just totally disinterested in this show now. I’m left hoping that this season of “24” doesn’t blow.
HH
I just hope Rifkin gets the long deserved Emmy nod this year.

Did TNT cancel Alias reruns? I don’t see it listed on their schedule. What’s the story?
