Former Gov. Mitt Romney’s wife, Ann, gave an $150 donation to the abortion-rights group Planned Parenthood in 1994, at a time when Romney considered himself effectively “pro-choice,” the Romney campaign confirmed today.
Campaign spokesman Kevin Madden said Ann Romney had no recollection of the circumstances under which she donated the money.
“The governor has not donated to Planned Parenthood or abortion-rights groups,” Madden said.
The most satisfying thing about the complete and total sell-out to the flat earth religionist crowd is watching the inevitable cannibalization from within.
Almost no one can live up the fake standards and faux moral code they have constructed, and anyone who can most certainly is not sane or trustworthy enough to be President.

Eleven Republican members of Congress told George Bush today that he has no more credibility on the war, and basically took their fingers out of the dike which is holding back a wave of GOP flight from Bush and his policies.
Too late, the Republicans finally understand that this game is over and are going to try to salvage something from the massive train wreck that they have caused.

Planned Parenthood does a lot more than abortion. I’m sure someone brought it up in the other thread I’m not going to read, but I’ll say it anyway: it’s not like she cut a check to NARAL. Planned Parenthood provides all sorts of health and family planning services.

Yes. But if Satan ran a soup kitchen for the homeless would it be ok to donate money to the Church of Marilyn Manson? Sure PP offers everything from nutrition information to sonograms for expectant mothers without full insurance coverage, but they also offer ABORTIONS! Mitt Romney’s wife just killed $150 worth of baby with that donation. Its no different than if she dropped a sack of new-born children on an IED in Iraq. She’s a damnable, blasphemous, she-witch, murderer and she’ll burn in hell where the souls of dead babies will tear at her flesh for all eternity. How can we have a woman like that for first lady?
