Methinks SoS Rice just discovered an amusing loophole.

Rice Insists Cheney Supports Diplomacy for Iran

Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said Friday that Vice President Cheney fully supports a diplomatic course over Iran’s nuclear program, denying impressions of divisions among President Bush’s foreign-policy advisers.

“The president of the United States has made very clear what our policy is. That policy is supported by all of the members of his cabinet — and by the vice president of the United States,” Rice said at a news conference here after talks with Spanish officials.

The veep supports engaging with Iran? Baloney. Sensible people including and especially Condoleeza Rice recognize that the vice president views talking with Iran as one step removed from giving Osama Bin Laden a cabinet post. But we also know that Cheney will speak to the press when pigs fly. Hmm.

    Only problem is, ElBaradei’s “new crazies” aren’t all that new. Hell, Cheney himself let slip his gameplan for Iran about 2 years ago when he said that he thought Israel might attack first. Problem is, Israel has been, to this point, saying, “No…YOU guys attack Iran.”

    The wording here is ambiguous. Are we just talking about Condie in the pumps/thong combo? If not, is it separate pumps/thongs for all of the above, or all of them squeezed into the same pair?
