Come for the politics, stay for the snark.

I know this must be bad for Joe Biden, I just don’t know how.

Despite his magical powers, I don’t think Trump is thinking this through, to be honest.

Whatever happens next week, the fight doesn’t end.

The republican caucus is already covering themselves with something, and it’s not glory.

I’ve spoken to my cat about this, but it doesn’t seem to do any good.

They traffic in fear. it is their only currency. if we are fearful, they are winning.

Republicans do not pay their debts.

Is it irresponsible to speculate? It is irresponsible not to.

The truth is, these are not very bright guys, and things got out of hand.

This has so much WTF written all over it that it is hard to comprehend.

Imperialist aggressors must be defeated, or the whole world loses.

Some judge needs to shut this circus down soon.

But frankly mr. cole, I’ll be happier when you get back to telling us to go fuck ourselves.

So what if WVU lost. Notre Dame is 0-5.

I love it.

Yes, it gets better than this.

    0-8.

Their next three games are at formerly ranked UCLA, then at home against a soon-to-be-top-ten BC team and then USC.

No guarantees, obviously. If they beat UCLA or BC it would hardly be Appalachian State redux. But 0-8 is very possible.

As we in DC once said about the Cowboys during a 1-15 season, let’em lose ’til their ears bleed!

Of course, the Redskins are about 100 games below .500 since then and the Cowboys have won three Super Bowls, so maybe karma is a bitch.

What level of sustained mediocrity would cost ND their NBC deal (and perhaps prompt them to fully join the Big 10, if they would have them)? Or no matter how bad it gets for a few years will the audience always be there?

Ah, and Cal pulls it out in the last second against Oregon, and that hooligan duck went home crying.

My GOD. This Saturday really cleared the board didn’t it? Six of the top 10 lost! The top team in the SEC East is KENTUCKY right now! KENTUCKY! That’s like having Duke atop the ACC! THAT JUST AIN’T RIGHT!

I blame my own South FLorida Bulls for this nightmare. They started an avalanche of upsets. No, no, wait, that’s not fair. Appalachain State! That’s it! Or better yet, BLAME CANADA! … No, maybe not.

And USC tried really hard to throw away their game against Washington, but the Huskies refused to take it…

Eh John, Tim! Did you know that the Texas Tourism ad box comes up as a huge code strand that shoves everything waaaay over to the right of the screen? I know every thing’s bigger down there, but sheesh.

    Any way: Woooo! Go Terds!

Why, oh, why couldn’t they have played like they played against East Carolina!?!? Two years in row, damnit!

Ty Willingham? He’s gone from Notre Dame to Washington. Unsurprisingly, now that he’s playing a schedule that is required to contain other real semi-pro teams, he’s losing. A lot.

In Willingham’s defense, the team he inherited was in shambles after the Rick Neuheisel years. While far from the Huskies of old, they have recently been showing some signs of life.

But… but… if Notre Dame doesn’t get into a bowl game, then I won’t be able to make an easy twenty bucks betting against them. I count on that twenty to offset my other bowl game picks!
