Of course we then proceeded to lose three…and be absolutely humiliated by Oregon in our bowl game. Oh well.
Seriously, I’m very happy for that interim head coach at WVU. Good for him…and kudos to Pat White for lobbying for him after the game (to become the permanent head coach). For all the RichRods, Sabans, and Petrinos out there it’s nice to see such a story.

I thought OU’s immense, porcine O line would wear WV down by the 4th, but the fat guys just got slower.Right now WV could beat anyone, expect maybe USC. Georgia would’ve been fun.
PS: Never thought I’d be happy for a Michigan win but I was.

If it’s any consolation EVERY Division I Football team lost at least one game they were supposed to win this year (well, except Hawaii…I don’t know if they were favored vs. Georgia in that bowl game the other day, but they got their butts stomped), and most of them managed to lose more than that.
