I don’t know about the rest of you, but I think Al Gore’s “we” campaign is awesome – especially the Al Sharpton/Pat Robertson and the Gingrich/Pelosi commercials. Nearly 8 years after “losing” the presidency, Al Gore is doing more than Bush ever did as president to be a uniter, not a divider.
The more I see and hear from Al Gore, the more disgusted I am that I ever wrote anything in support of this clusterfuck of an administration.
Update: It just occurred to me that my work visa is in the process of being renewed. BUSH IS AWESOME!!

Gore: If you strike me down. I will become more possible than you can possibly imagine.

Yep. And I believe he’s funding the entire campaign — $300million or something — out of his own pocket. Profits from “Inconvenient Truth” and the prize money for the Nobel, funneled back into the cause.

Michael:
If you want to keep safely in the good of the Bush Administration’s last six months – are you prominently carrying around your little red book of the sayings of President W at all times? Do you have a ‘W – the President’ sticker on your car?
Take a page from the North Koreans on the art of public sniveling to keep from falling out of graces with our fearless honorable great leader.
Conservatively Liberal
As much as I am on board with Obama, I was for Gore first. I wanted him to win so badly in 2000, and it sucked when the mess unfolded like it did. Still, Obama is proving to be a worthy candidate, and Gore is doing what he likes and does not have to deal with the mess.
Michael, make sure you hide the ‘riverdance’ post. Larry might bend George’s ear about that. ;)

Gore scares the fRightWing more than the idea of an Obama/Clinton presidency. He can never be put out to pasture, can do wtfhw and after all this time the only thing they have on him is some lame ass lie about the Internons and what sort of light bulbs he uses in his house. The more thoughtful Republicons (and there are a few such beasts) probably regret celebrating the day the S.C. gave Bush the presidency.

Your mea culpa cuts no ice with me.
An economy in shambles, religious fanatics in charge of everything from the EPA to NASA, four thousand war dead and a tsunami of broken veterans coming back who are maimed and mentally broken not to mention all the stop-loss induced failed marriages.
Piss off.
Fuck anyone who ever voted Republican, especially any shithead “leaning” towards McCain.
Some assholes never learn.

Especially the ones who insist on rubbing salt into wounds. And who tell a blogger to piss off when the little X button exists to stop reading him.
Michael D.
I’ve never voted Republican. Mostly because I can’t legally vote (although in GA, I probably could get away wit it)
I was devastated when Gore lost.

Aside from Michael’s point that he can’t vote (kinda a big one), I save my ginormous FU’s for Florida Nader voters.
I mean really. They knew exactly what they were doing.

I insist on not believing a word any Republican or former Republican supporter says about how heartbroken they are, whether they are eligible to vote or not.
As soon as some slick Mitt Romney type comes along who is just a little less slimy than the last one, they will head back to the GOP ignoring the damage the fag bashing, torture supporting, theocratic imbeciles who steer the party cause because, hey they get more tax cuts.
I write precisely to rub their faces in the shit they supported, and will do so until the criminals of this administration start heading to jail.
