    It reminds me of some of the defenses of Bush I’ve seen of late in response to Scotties tell-all, along the lines of “But Bush hasn’t been convicted of anything!!!” So I guess that would constitute the HBCY defense, for Hasn’t Been Convicted Yet.

    Note that this also “works” for defending OJ Simpson, if you’re so inclined.
