Which one of you jokers is writing under the name Lynn Forester de Rothschild?

Now, the only way to stop him in the next three years is through voter pressure on Congress. One course is to follow Massachusetts and just elect any Republican. But both parties lack courageous leaders who will fight for the values and policies of the middle. We need a movement of the militant middle; millions of voters who support the sensible policies from both parties. This would give Democrats political cover to stand up to Obama, Pelosi, and Reid and Republicans the backbone to acknowledge that the country must progress in order to be strong.

Wow. That’s something. But it’s one of the rare PUMAs who will mewl that Obama is a secret radical leftist (I made it to the second paragraph). Doesn’t Lady de Rothschild know that Obama is a closet Republican who stole the Presidenency from Hillary Dean Kucinich?

Both of them were major supporters of the quarter-trillion estate tax cut. Regardless of who replaces them, if they don’t climb aboard the tax cut express it could be a major loss for the humble Lady de Rothschild.

Far left? Seriously? You wouldn’t happen to be one of those people who believe that Obama is some kind of radical socialist nazi commie pinko. Pelosi is a radical???!? What, pray tell, is your definition of radical leftist? Anyone who isn’t a republican?

The “left” of this country is rarely heard, practically ignored by all, and certainly isn’t well represented by anyone in a positon of power– not Obama, not Pelosi and certainly not Reid. Most people in the US don’t have a CLUE what the left is because we really haven’t had a powerful leftist movement in this country since the 60s or 70s. For the past 30 years we’ve basically had a country where there is a far-right, moderate and slightly left of moderate. No actual “left” is represented other than by a handful of people like Bernie Sanders, Kucinich, Franken, etc. Certainly not anyone with a whole lot of power.

On the other hand, the right-wing Tea Baggers may be the most overrepresented viewpoint on the political scene. I think they may have 10 or 20 spokespeople for every 1 self-proclaimed teabagger. It’s the totally meaningless, manufactured outrage du jour, a movement of hysterical, ignorant people screaming they want their country back from the radical socialist nazi black president.

Is she really saying something controversial? “New Democrats” like Bill Clinton or Joe Lieberman are essentially unwelcome in today’s Democratic party – and in fact Liebermann (the Democratic VP candidate less than 10 years ago) was booted out of the party despise voting with them over 80 percent of the time.

In its place is some hodgepodge of “progressive” activists who make up 20 percent of the population on a good day, while the rest of the country thinks they’re batshit crazy people hellbent on getting their agenda through, even as they bankrupt the country.

Not surprisingly, 65-70 percent of the country opposes this nonsense (the crazy progs still get some independent support, Scott Brown only won them 3-1). And come November, a lot of Democrats are going to get fired.

That permanent progressive majority? It existed….only in your community based reality. In the real world, not so much.

Now, the only way to stop him in the next three years is through voter pressure on Congress. I personally believe that US Americans are unable to do so because some people out there in our nation lack courage and I believe that our leaders who will fight for the values and policies of the middle. Like such as a movement of the militant middle; like such as millions of voters who support the sensible policies from both parties. And I believe that they should give Democrats political cover to stand up to Obama and Pelosi and Reid and Republicans like such as so we will be able to build up our future for our children and acknowledge that the country must progress in order to be strong.

The problems we are facing in November are more of an anti-incumbent thing than anything else. That’s why you see several Republicans are also in trouble. (The elections are also months away, so the results are far from clear, but that’s another story.)

As for Lieberman, he wasn’t booted out of the party. He faced a primary challenger, lost, and then ran as an Indpendent. Even after he supported the opposing party’s candidate for president, he was allowed to keep his chairmanships in congress.

Anyway, generally speaking, the problem many have with moderate and conservative Democrats isn’t their core beliefs. In some cases, it is, but for the most part, it’s the fact that they have irrational concerns and/or consistently stab their fellow Democrats in the back. Perhaps no better examples exist than Evan Bayh on the deficit and Joe Lieberman on health care.

Valve has released an update to Portal and it involves an updated radio and necessitates running the whole course while online to get the new achievement. If you know Portal then you can guess that solving this is going to be interesting.

The cake may be a lie but the radio isn’t. ;)

I’m sorry, but I don’t get why a Hillary Clinton supporter would be using terms like “far left.”

Which obviously just shows that there were maybe one real PUMA for every 3 or 4 fake Republicans. Lady (must be pronounced: layy-deee) Lynn Forrester De Rothchild is so full of shit, I can’t read anything she writes, though I must say, I expected a link to HuffDrudge instead of The Daily Beast.

@Xenos: Agreed. And, aren’t we a meritocracy in the US, anyway? WTF we have to use Lord and Lady and all that shit?

I saw this piece of work being interviewed, I think by Rachel, but I’ve blocked it from my memory. The venom she had for Obama and the way she talked about which candidate was more in touch with ‘real Americans’–Imma pause and let that sink in for awhile. A woman who married for money and a title was blathering about ‘real Americans’ and how a man who married for money, lots of it and doesn’t know how many houses he owns was more in touch with the common folk than Obama. She’s disgusting.

The utterances of a madman…let me see, ACORN stole the election for him? All those millions more votes that he got over Gramps Crash McCain and the Alaskan Moose Queen couldn’t have possibly have been real! There’s no way that people didn’t want a hotheaded old man and his bubble-headed Alaskan sidekick to be President and Vice-President, so it had to be a fix! Average workers haven’t had a raise in a decade, but a couple of regular-joe millionare Republicans preaching tax-cuts on money we aren’t earning to pay for health care that we can’t afford were totally able to sway the majority of us with such a brilliant economic plan that we just had to vote for McCain and thus “THE ONE” and Old Uncle Joe “Stalin” Biden stole the election and all its going to take is one intrepid young reporter hired by Brietbart to sneak into the DNC headquarters and uncover the evidence of “THE ONE”‘s duplicity and the world will be made right and we’ll have our country back.

    I LOVE IT!

I’m going to go to bed laughing now. Though I should be crying as I know a lot of morans out there believe that this is exactly what happened…

“progressive” activists who make up 20 percent of the population on a good day, while the rest of the country thinks they’re batshit crazy people hellbent on getting their agenda through, even as they bankrupt the country.

God, I know! It’s like they cut revenues by passing trillion dollar tax cuts and started complaining about the deficit! Or maybe it was the trillion dollar wars, or possibly the medicare initiative that had absolutely no funding. That thing had absolutely no funding measures.

Oddly enough, I see “tax and spend” liberals to be far more conservative than “spend” conservatives.

I really think Lady Loads of Money De Rotschild was wanting her servant to write for the New Agenda, who are holding a dinner in honour of the great Lady as a model of New Agenda feminism (loving Sarah Palin, hating black people and threatening women bloggers with cricket bats is the New Agenda).

The poor serf, who would also have the job of looking after her small home in Buckinghamshire, penned the article, asked Lady Sucks for Billions (to be fair I would) where should he send this diatribe? Lady Laughingstock had some difficulty thinking of the name PUMA, having consumed too much Chateau Lafitte (the family wine) and said send it to the people named after that dirty beast.

The poor serf who was allowed momentary access to the diamond studded laptop of Lady Loot de bank de Rottingchild thus found The Daily Beast via a google search for dirty beast America.
