    Near the beginning when the first dah dahs show up I thought I heard some autotune artifacts, which had me prepared to hate it. Autotune to harmonize with yourself? But damn it, it was too catchy for my curmudgeon-ness.

    Unrelated to videos of people playing with themselves, Is Obama going to be in Wilmington, DE Saturday? I was checking NOTAMs today and noticed airspace there will be closed two hours for a VIP. Well, the TFR says VIP. The NOTAM says “national defense airspace. Pilots who do not adhere to the following procedures may be intercepted, detained and interviewed by law enforcement/security personnel”

    Although now that I think about it it makes more sense for it to be Joe.

    One last suggestion: shmutz might show up if you copy the snippet into a text editor or word processor and look at it there. I keep Word open all the time and use it when I want to compose something longer than a sentence or two, and the hex shmutz–specifically, “%E2%80%9D”–shows up after the comment number on your link back to me.

    But that may be too much trouble for a problem that hopefully will be fixed soon.

    ETA: And I am off to bed soon. I still have to get through that last shift of the week tomorrow, and I have chores to perform beforehand. Steep out.

    @ wifey: I’m a Dawg magnet. I’ve just come to that conclusion. Being a Marine seems to inspire its own level of insanity. I somehow naturally empathize with that. It’s more of a sickness than a disease.

    The work Dawg has these amazing Native tattoos on his inner biceps, he’s maybe 160 pounds soaking wet, and he seems very intrigued by the fact you’re Taiwanese. He also cooks like a madman. He wants his own restaurant some day. I highly encourage this behavior.

    He also has a girlfriend. But he tends to talk about her more like she’s a piece of furniture than anything else. They do live together though.

    @ wifey: I have no idea now honestly. I think somehow we ended up talking about Minnesota, and of course I mentioned I had a fake wife there. This sparked much intrigue in him. I then mentioned later you were Taiwanese. The interest increased much more. I may have mistakenly mentioned you were taller than him, then I realized I was most likely mistaken on that point. It did not deter him in the slightest. But he has no criminal history, no kids (that I know of anyway) and he’s ebil gubmint worker like me. Oh and he has hair down to his butt.

    @ wifey: by his own admission he’s 5’7″ and 15/16ths. So we’re not talking Mitch Daniels here. But I did know he was shorter than me (I’m 5’9) but not by very much. So that adds up.

    He rebelled when he EASed. But he’s willing to shave his head if we invade Libya with bootsonnaground. Something about embodying the hymn or something. I think he just misses shooting indiscriminately.
