    Considering the results of the recent supreme court election I have serious doubts about the recall stuff. But I guess the recall votes will be held in districts and not state wide so perhaps better results are possible. I’m still undecided on contributing.

    If you need inspiration, donate to help stick it to right-wing thugs , including a former state senator, who punch peaceful protesters in the face and just generally try to disrupt a solidarity singalong.

    Well, if everyone had this attitude, your pessimism would be warranted. Thankfully, an awful lot of Wisconsinites and people like me all over the nation (especially in states like mine with a GOPer governor watching what happens in WI very carefully in the hope that they can pull the same shit) are contributing so that what you fear does not come to pass.

    I would love to contribute. Or better stated I would love to be able to contribute. I would imagine there are many here in the same situation. But hesitate because I can’t make up my mind if it’s worth it? Not even a consideration. It’s not only worth it, it is vitally necessary. Of all the real and imagined crisis I’ve seen this country go through in my lifetime, this one is actually the most important. Winning this battle for the very soul of our country, how can you question that?
