Steelers Win

The Steelers break the Brady and the Phil Simms curse!

Weird ending, too. Actually a stupid play by Polamalu (apart from not being allowed), because it didn’t matter who recovered, the Patriot receivers would never have been able to get back down the field and reset and time would have run out.

Now to watch the post game interview to see if Brady cries or trashes his teammates.

Detroit comes back from last weeks fluke of a loss to crush the Broncos. Wonder what will be said of Tebow today. Maybe he and Brady can share a good cry together.

You know, it was going to be a really good day to be Cole until you came up with that one. Brady never trashes his teammates.

    Meh

Browns lost. The college basketball season begins next week, and all this football nonsense will seem like a bad dream. Kentucky is rated #2, and kept their young guns from last year, from turning pro.

I’m not sure Polamalu’s play was illegal. The Steelers never had possession of the ball. The rule was instituted to prevent teams from fumbling on purpose, advancing the ball, then scoring. Could be wrong, of course.

Not saying that there aren’t a few asshats numbered amongst the ‘Skins faithful but then again they aren’t Eagles fans either.

Which brings me to the Ravens…. at halftime I had to run an errand so I tuned into the local “Ravens live” show in B’more. Folks wanted Flacco and Cam Cameron taken out and shot at halftime.

I got no sympathy for the Skins or their fans. The team name is a disgrace, especially since they were the most racist franchise in football for much of their existence. George Preston Marshall once said “We’ll start signing Negroes when the Harlem Globetrotters start signing whites.”

Jack coached my alma mater to the D 1-AA championship in 2002 and Jim was a part time assistant. The current coach

Haha. Tom Brady. What a jerk. He wishes he had the moral character of suspected multiple-rapist, and proven scumbag Ben Roethlisberger.

Mr. Cole – I wager that you will not be able to find a single instance of Tom Brady “trashing” a teammate to the media in his entire career without resorting to McArdle-level dishonest presentation. Any link to a quote or video of “trashing” occurring and I will admit that the Steelers are the greatest organization in the history of professional athletics.

sidenote: I love the Pats (shocker) but their defense is an abomination at this point.
