Perfect marriage between name and animal. Sometimes you can tell from a photo how much a dog was loved. All the best.

Those who know dogs, understand why dog is ‘god’ reversed. They are the divine expression of love, and set the example for humans, who often fall short of the ideal.

He was 20? I have a Queensland Heeler who is 14. The record is 25 for QH, but I don’t know if that eclipses all breeds. I just know I will miss him when he goes.

Oh, man, I’m so sorry. I know how much you loved him.

I think about our Henry every day. It’s been almost seven months and I still think I hear him in the bedroom. Thank FSM for Otis. His sweet disposition has only gotten sweeter since Henry died. I don’t know what I’ll do when it’s his time. He’s my baby.

Cueball was yours. That’s a special thing and he had a good and living life. Peace to Cueball, that adorable big lug.

Oh Litlebritdifrnt — sorry to hear this, strong thoughts your way. Imagining his reunion with Judy sure made me grin, though.

We had to put down my late father’s lab a few months ago, the two of them were so close that when we looked into the dog’s eyes we still saw my beloved dad. The only thing that took the pain away was thinking about them finding each other on the other side…
