    Speaking of advertising dollars from this site, I’ve been considering getting one o’ those Bellroy wallets. (If looking at hipster-ish skinny-jeaned young men pick up wallets and walk away floats your boat, btw, check out their product videos. Some of those jeans just scream “laundry disaster” to me, or to be honest “fashion victim”, but I dunno. I do need a small wallet, & I’ve heard that paperwallet ones disgorge their contents perhaps a little too easily.)

    But my main point is:

    Thanks to John and to the commentariat: the knee update thread, if laughter is genuinely the best medicine, was better than the best shot in the arm…

    @Lyrebird: FWIW, Huckberry, which is a decent site, carries Bellroy wallets, and they’re usually on sale.

    I just watched the Norwegian film Headhunters on Netflix. It was decent. Nikolaj Coster-Waldau(Jaime Lannister) was part of the cast. But the real star, not so much for her acting, was the 6′ tall Norwegian actress Synnøve Macody Lund.

    Sounds like the junk I get for being on the Breitbart email list. The headlines are always good for a morning laugh.

    But that ad: I’m surprised it doesn’t go to that one guy that does 1.5 hour long diatribes about BS accompanied by Powerpoints. I can’t remember his name.

    It’s Koch money anyway, which is a bottomless pit, They don’t GAF whether it’s placed right or not. Any publicity is good publicity.
    BUT, I love clicking on them, gets some of the lucre going to places they don’t want it to go!
