Steve’s muzzle looks so fine and delicate, esp. against that gorgeous mane. I just want to scritch his cheeks and see his whiskers flare. (Never yet met a kitty who didn’t love to have their cheeks and chin scritched.)

For some reason I’m watching the movie “28 Days Later”, only mildly interesting because of that guy who was the 10th doctor. It, however seems to track the current media meltdown over Ebola. One guy. And he says “because women need a future.” I don’t know what that means.

So this is how democracy ends in America, eh?
Hillary’s our next president and she loves the financial crime lords and wants more endless unwinnable foreign wars, and nobody cares.
Obama has stopped participating in the governance process and pretty much devoted himself to sketching out his memoirs for that double-digit-milionaire payday he’s going to get when he leaves off, and nobody cares.
We’ve gotten ourselves mired back in Iraq, and nobody cares.
Global warming has spiraled so far out of control nobody is making suggestions to deal with it anymore, because basically it’s GAME OVER. And nobody cares.
And the Republicans have settled down into a safe lethal game of “the worse, the better,” like the Leninist Bolsheviks bombing people and creating chaos and shutting down the provisional government in Russia in 1917, and nobody cares.
Yes, it’s just another day in late Weimar America.
The one where you went on and on and then said you didn’t feel like engaging? I did read it. I didn’t engage. Now you’re starting up again in another thread.
Darren Wilson still at large and Leon Panetta and now Jimmy Carter out here saying Obama has no idea what heās doing.
Don’t forget John Stewart. After previously covering the new Iraq / Syria intervention as a huge mistake, tonight he had a segment bashing the admin for failure to stop the siege on the Syrian town of Kobani, and then he had on Panetta for his interview and used him as a springboard to further trash white house leadership and strategy to his democratic voter viewership.
This sounds awful: I’m reading that an off duty St Louis cop moonlighting as security guard shot an 18-yr-old to death earlier tonight. Cops are saying the kid was armed; witnesses say otherwise.
