    As fat as Steve is, I’m surprised he’s such a good hunter. Maybe the birds figure anything that fat can’t move fast, so they let their guard down and then–pounce!

    I am glad he figured out that, though they are little and squeaky, puppies are for cuddlin’, not pouncin’. Does he play with them? A tomcat who was having a torrid romance with our barn cat, even though she was spayed, used to play with Fuzzy’s puppies. He was a sweet guy, I remember him fondly after all these years.

    What about Rosie? Does she play with the puppies? Does Lily sleep with them like Steve does?

    Glenn Greenwald just blocked me on twitter because I suggested that his habit of organizing international adoptions for stray Brazilian dogs is a horrible waste of money that could be better spent dealing with the problem in Brazil itself. Imagine how much it costs an English Greenwald fan to import one of Glenn’s rescues and quarantine it for months. All this while unwanted stray dogs are euthanized in UK pounds every day.
