    I was at Louisville/Dookies.

    I’ve been rewatching the video of Coach K drawing a T over and over again. It is really satisfying.

    Read an article that said that Alabama had themselves a good coach and even were doing really well this season. They aren’t UK of course (though that team doesn’t seem to be doing all that well this year) but for a school known more for football they seem to be doing reasonably well.

    From my seats, calls were heavy in the Dookies favor for about 75% of the game – they were actually slamming into players, no calls. At some point in the 2nd half, the Cards were on something like their 8th team foul to Dookies 2 team fouls. It evened up once they realized how much Coach K was working them.

    Can we officially note that the early season focus on hand-checking is over. It did last about two weeks longer than I thought it would. The P5 conferences hsve to be ready for the NCAA.

    am a bit of a sooner fan (really tulsa) but i love the way west virginia plays. they challenge you all 94 feet. how many stairs did your guys run? how many sideline to sideline? you might have talent, but that’s not going to be enough if your guys don’t want it. it levels the playing field a lot like tall grass or a rainy day does in football.
