    Condolences, Christion. Take comfort in the fact your dad must have loved you, and Cole as a good friend.

    Now the advice-giver in me: Cole, help raise funds for him. From recent memory I can tell you this: even in the not-quite-unexpected situation (my mother was 95), the things you suddenly need that will cost: clothes for the funeral. Gas money for mom has she runs around making arrangements. A dinner/breakfast/lunch for those moments when nobody feels like cooking. A hotel room (sometimes). Sometimes just an escape, like a movie or a walk somewhere to talk privately.. So if his family needs it (they probably do) post a link. If you/Christion needs it, just ask us and we will give generously so that you aren’t a burden on them.
