Glad you asked:
Mr. Khan more than an aggrieved father of a Muslim son- he's Muslim Brotherhood agent helping Hillary https://t.co/mJuUYw60nK
— Roger Stone (@RogerJStoneJr) August 1, 2016
Wait Mr. Khan traced to the same radical Muslim group as @HumaAbedin
— Roger Stone (@RogerJStoneJr) August 1, 2016
CORRECTION- Mr. Kahn is not an agent of the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood. His association is with Saudi Jihadi and Omar Naseef #9/11funder

Keep digging, idiots.

Roger Stone appears to be one of the nastiest of the many nasty, horrible people Nixon employed. I’m sort of shocked he’s still alive. Wouldn’t all that evilness have eaten him from the inside by now?
But I suppose I’m not shocked that he’s a surrogate for Trump.
Villago Delenda Est
There may, in fact, be humans worse than Roger Stone.
But Stone will give them a run for their money, for sure.
RepubAnon
Sounds like reckless disregard for the truth to me – I’d say file suit for defamation. Even as a public figure, having someone call one a criminal who provides material support for terrorists should be actionable.

This is who they are.

C’mon Roger. Say what you really want to, that there are no good muslims. Because that’s what’s behind all of this. I thought you fuckers were done with the dogwhistles.

So have the Republican cowards completely surrendered their party to Trump?
Check out cable news or Sunday shows now compared to any other election year. Even John McCain won’t go on TV!
Mike in DC
Will Trump retweet, or will he go the “so some people think there’s something not right about that guy…” route?
If he goes there either way he’s fucked. Too stupid to get out of the mine field.

Trump is basically Fox News Incarnate. He has watched a lot of it, quite obviously, and it’s clear he turned around and spewed what Fox News watchers wanted to hear. He gave the customers what they wanted.

[‘The irrationality of the rhetoric makes perfect sense.’]
Villago Delenda Est
@sloan: McCain might…after he barely survives his primary the end of this month…do the right thing and renounce his endorsement of Drumpf. In fact, Rudi 9/11 has basically accused him of that already.
Frank Wilhoit
Far worse than any of this is the business about how the election is going to be “rigged”, etc. etc.
RaflW
Calling them idiots misses the mark. Yes, it is idiotic of them to think this is a winning strategy. But they are far too morally compromised to be written off as idiots. They are horrible, horrible people. Scum, even. Vile, despicable, loathsome and debased. It takes some effort to be that rank, and idiots usually can’t be bothered with that much work.

Villago Delenda Est
@Gin & Tonic: True. He sold his integrity for the 2008 GOP nomination, by not denouncing the torture policies of the deserting coward and the Dark Lord.
His time in the Hanoi Hilton apparently was for nothing, as he failed to learn from the experience.

Nothing like watching a contemporary political party die, in real time.

For a second I thought it was Trumps old racist butler.
singfoom
@Frank Wilhoit This exactly.
Now evidently they’re pushing the “general election” is going to be “rigged’ with “voter fraud” to try to change the news cycle narrative away from Drumpf being an asshole to Khan.
Of course voter fraud is as rare as unicorns, but hey they’ve never let that get in the way before. Our stenographer media will certainly turn that into a both sides do it conversation.
SteveinSC
Well, as much as enjoy Trump stewing in his own juice, nay, stirring his own juice and adding more and more bottles of “I’m shooting myself in the foot, but can’t help it” Red Neck Hot Sauce. I think it is time for some easing off to let nature take its course. The damage is self-perpetuating, it seems, as a result of Der Trumpfen-esel himself. And to our leader, Army vet, John Cole, or whoever, can someone explain why only a Bronze Star? It seems a loud-mouthed god-bothering lawyer in SC got a Bronze Star for serving as a jag officer in Helmand Province and just, unhappily for us, making it back. Khan, it would seem, deserved more. What’s the Army policy on these things?
BR
Folks, it’s time to get out the vote in all 50 states. Not just swing states. If we don’t crush Trump in Nov, and that means the popular vote too, he’ll be able to get some GOP support for his attacks on the election itself, trying to contest it. He likes lawsuits. With a deadlocked Supreme Court, it could be a major problem if he were to fight a close election. A blowout election, though, would isolate him from the party and the country.
NorthLeft12
Good dog! These people are really the lowest of the low. Saw that meme while exploring a tweet storm regarding Mike Pence’s haircut. The pitiful excuse of a human who posted it [he said he got it from his military connections] was your typical, standard thirtyish white male with a ball cap. Surprised he wasn’t wearing his white hood.
I wish I could say I was surprised, but sadly, no. After the Swift Boat attacks, I would not put anything past the right wingers. They need to be crushed with votes and laughed out of all society.

@singfoom: And of course by rigged, they mean that courts have overturned many of the blatantly racist voter suppression laws.
But they don’t mean that our voting machines are vulnerable to Russian (or anyone, to be fair) hacking. That they don’t care about. Because they are … I’ll say it again … nasty, horrible, vile, debased, scummy (and occasionally stupid) people.

Even the NRO is disgusted, but draws a false equivalency with Hillary and links to politifact to try and make his case…except politifact doesn’t say what he thinks. The comments are full of conservative bubble people trying to say that Trump wasn’t disrespectful too.

Hope he runs again in 2020, 2024, etc.

Has anyone noticed that since the Supreme Court stated that real proof MUST be included in a case to restrict a Constitutional Right (like a woman’s right to chose), that voter restrictions are being shot down BASED on this very case/point? Winning this election is far, far more than getting a democrat into the White House but picking someone who will put intelligent, sane, and other then non-inhuman justices on the bench. This people, is why anyone and every one MUST vote and support the democrats.

I was wondering how long it would be before we went down this road. Maybe Mr. Kahn knows Obama’s old Pakistani roommates, and had something to do with Vince Foster’s death, too.

I would swear I heard an MSNBC person this afternoon say very definitively that Roger Stone is no longer with the Trump campaign.

There is a right wing paranoid I argue with online.
He has been claiming for months that HRC is the chosen candidate by the “globalists”. Globalist being the new codename for the Illuminati.
He also claims that the kid with the clock is a tool of Muslim Brotherhood or some such. I’m surprised he hasn’t jumped on the Khans yet.

@Patricia Kayden:
From the party leadership. The GOP leadership will stand by him, I think, through the election. But the RNC will ditch him if the election is a blowout and Trump starts whining about it being “rigged”. In a close result, though, the RNC might stand by him, which would hugely amplify the mess and could lead to a crisis.

His primary win is exceptional and perfect, hers is fraudulent.

“His association is with Saudi Jihadi and Omar Naseef” I have no belief that Mr Khan has any connection with these people; I believe that the Khan family are upright US citizens and that Mr and Mrs Khan’s son truly believed in his country and his life choice. The ridiculous twist in Mr Stone’s “His association is with Saudi Jihadi and Omar Naseef” is that, yes, in many, many unseen ways, the US is in an awful clandestine alliance with ISIS and Al-Qaeda, funded by Saudi Arabia, which is BFF with Israel, and part of a war that the MSM simplifies into “Squirrel! Muslim! Terrorist!” as the US gov’t contemplates the next move in the atomization of the Middle East, for oil, for Israel, for the marginalization of Russia’s desire to maintain some influence in the ME in their naval base in Syria (and no, I’m no Putin fan-girl). Mr Stone falsely tries to pin the links to terrorism on Mr Khan’s appearance/religion; the links to terrorism run in the veins of the US government. Latest fun bit of information: Incirlik Air Base, in Turkey, not many miles from the Syrian border, is a joint Turkish-NATO airbase from where anti-ISIS airstrikes are launched. Last week, the Turkish Incirlik base commandeer was taken away in handcuffs, implicated as instrumental in the coup against the Turkish, murderous, NATO-backed government. Incirlik is also the storage depot for the largest number of NATO’s tactical nuclear weapons in Euro/Asia – they’ve been there since the ‘end’ of the Cold War. Strategists in the US insist that there’s no danger, that IS wouldn’t be able to access the codes to set off the bombs. There seems to be no acknowledgment that the weapons don’t need to be ‘set off’; they’re packed full of juicy radioactive goodness, that could just be used in ‘dirty’ bombs that would just spread radioactive material. The US (and its friends – UK/Saudi/etc) are so focused on maintaining the empire that we continue to endanger the planet, rather than seeking an escape from our destructive trajectory.

This is the most important thing going on right now. @Villago Delenda Est:
It’s the participation award for officers who didn’t screw up in a combat zone. And yes from what I’ve heard about the incident that killed him, he deserves more. But there is a V device for valor, and not everyone gets that. I couldn’t find if he got a V device or not.
