The big worry of Democrats today is that the GOP establishment will competently unite and remove Trump.
Think about that for a second.

Big Candy is out to get Trump. Maybe he can whine about that and distract attention from his thuggery.
If M&Ms drops an elbow on Trump, will be obvious the whole election is rigged and unfair.

its pretty fucking amazing… all of these people want to burn down these institutions because they’re ineffective without ever fucking noticing that the reason that they are ineffective is because its the GOP that is making them be ineffective.

I’m thinking of breaking some bottles outside my front door so I can say I crawled over broken class to vote Dem in November. And I’m not really a big HRC fan, but the choice is obvious.
I’ll calm down though and come to my senses.
If the sexual battery brag tape hadn’t come out, I wonder how much press Trump’s hideous and heinous statement on the Central Park 5 would have gotten. I think that is just as bad. What a vile candidate. I just want this shitshow of an election to be over with big Dem win.

I think what Trump needs to do now is stage a highly visible “born again Christian” event in which he accepts Jesus as his personal savior and in return gets complete forgiveness for his past sins. Boom! The slate is wiped clean.

The best part of all of this is that Ted Cruz just jumped onto the Trump Train! Talk about a masterful politician!

Stale beer you had out in the garage or dirty pennies got you into exclusive cheeto parties out back of the 7/11 with Baud! 2016!, Got to one-on-ones with the candidate, if you could wake him up.
@piratedan: Thanks, I’ll read the links.
Edit: I think Trump yammering about global warming being a hoax by the Chinese was the most coverage that climate change got in a long time.
Edit2: Besides the hate mongering, Trump’s ignorance and stupidity is a danger to the country. Grown adults on TV and radio were talking about his most idiotic BS like there was a snowball’s chance in hell it was serious or could be true. Danger to national mental health.

@jl: maybe now that Trump is out as being in favor or executing obviously innocent people and assaulting women, the media won’t have to pretend (giving them the benefit of the doubt that they are pretending) to take his ignorant and stupid crap seriously.
For a while I was worried that if Trump was called on his financial or economic illiteracy, he would go ‘Well many people are saying that in this case, your 1 and your 1 is 3. I have some top people in numbers looking into it. We have to look into it and find out what is going on with the numbers. I think the numbers are rigged. A lot of my supporters had trouble with numbers in school, and many people wonder if it was all rigged. You’ll never get great deals with loser arithmetic that doesn’t let you come out ahead. But the dummies ruining our country don’t know that.”
What would the corporate media do with that?
“Chris Matthews here. Does 1 and 1 equal 3? Some say it does, some say it doesn’t. Do we have to know how to add? I knew a lot of great hard working, real salt-of-earth real American Irish when I was growing up my working class Irish neighborhood, you know the Irish! and I can’t say they knew how to add. One more sunset pic.
Major Major Major Major
@BillinGlendaleCA: How do you do that? Sunsets are hard.
BillinGlendaleCA
@Major Major Major Major: In camera raw: increase whites and decrease blacks to bring out a greater color range, set white balance to daylight and then warmed the temp a bit, took vibrance up to about 24(it didn’t need much) and reduced clarity. I reduced the exposure in the foreground to darken it(almost black). It was all done in Adobe Camera Raw.
I guess my dreams of selling pics taken in LA have been dashed by ‘da man’. Turns out that you need permits to take pictures for sale of city owned property or on property controlled by the city(streets or sidewalks). Another small business crushed, sigh.
Chris T.
@Major Major Major Major: It’s all about dynamic range. Both film and digital have limited ranges (roughly 6 stops, though digital can be wider these days, and/or you can take multiple exposures—both film and digital—and easily compose them if you use a tripod), vs eyeballs, which (due to complex chemistry), offer roughly 12 stops of range.
Sunsets easily take up 4 to all 6 stops worth of range so you must choose the right exposure (aperture and time) if you’re going to use just one exposure. In addition, if you’re using digital, you need to make sure your camera software does not attempt to adjust the results. If you can save raw data, rather than in-camera white-balanced, you can proceed from there.
(See http://webvision.med.utah.edu/ for way too much information on the biochemistry of vision.)

Trump people want a white majority America back. MAWA, Make America White Again. Everything else is just ancillary frustration.

@MikefromArlington: naw, lineage goes farther back, they’ve been courting the crazy for decades. Dressed up in respectable suits, nice haircuts and polite language doesn’t change the content or purpose of their policies. Palin was the relative from the other side of the tracks, she shares the beliefs but lacks the polish.
And beneath the rhetoric, what the majority of gop has in common is a basic desire to enrich themselves at the expense of everyone and everything. It’s been a very long time since that party worked toward or believed in actually helping make things better for everyone.

I saw a reply to one of Rick Tyler’s tweets that said that if Trump was kicked out they weren’t going to show up and vote for down ballot. It’s like they’re screwed if they keep him and they’re screwed if they kick his ass out. Could not have happened to a more worthy party.
Also too I am kind of worried how well this is going for Hilz. Things never go this well for Dems.

@ LiberalTarian
To steal from a tweet I saw, “I’m afraid you’ll have to carry that candidate to term, Republicans.”

@Zinsky: That puts a new spin on the “yellow dog Democrat” phrase – a yellow dog Democrat is so partisan s/he would vote for the Democrat even it’s a yellow dog (although, at this point, I think a lot of people would be ready to try something new and support our canine overlords), but a “mannequin stuffed with dog shit” Republican is so batshit insane that s/he will support a mannequin stuffed with dog shit over a Democrat.
That seems about right…

@BillinGlendaleCA:
The wonderful thing about digital cameras, you can shoot everything, and delete the one’s that don’t have that snap you want. That certain look. We took a two week trip to Europe, visiting caves with ancient paintings, museums, cathedrals, Medieval churches, I shot over 800 shots. Then I selected less than 200 to process into a file for the trip.
Used to be, every press of the shutter cost something. Now there’s no added fee per photo, other than time selecting the better pictures and processing them. I used to shoot, develop slides, print photos, mount them, everything. Fumes, chemicals, paper, trays and reels, enlarger. I just shit-canned all that equipment once I went digital. You can only keep so much old obsolete stuff.
