Come for the politics, stay for the snark.

You’re just a puppy masquerading as an old coot.

The media handbook says “controversial” is the most negative description that can be used for a Republican.

Since when do we limit our critiques to things we could do better ourselves?

Somebody needs to explain to DeSantis that nobody needs to do anything to make him look bad.

Speaking of republicans, is there a way for a political party to declare intellectual bankruptcy?

The most dangerous place for a black man in America is in a white man’s imagination.

We’ll be taking my thoughts and prayers to the ballot box.

You can’t attract Republican voters. You can only out organize them.

Putin must be throwing ketchup at the walls.

Michigan is a great lesson for Dems everywhere: when you have power…use it!

But frankly mr. cole, I’ll be happier when you get back to telling us to go fuck ourselves.

The new republican ‘Pastor’ of the House is an odious authoritarian little creep.

There is one struggling party in US right now, and it’s not the Democrats.

People are complicated. Love is not.

Good lord, these people are nuts.

Anyone who bans teaching American history has no right to shape America’s future.

If senate republicans had any shame, they’d die of it.

Please don’t feed the bears.

Sadly, media malpractice has become standard practice.

I’m just a talker, trying to find a channel!

Republicans: “Abortion is murder but you can take a bus to get one.” Easy peasy.

They are lying in pursuit of an agenda.

At some point, the ability to learn is a factor of character, not IQ.

rich, arrogant assholes who equate luck with genius

Adieu!

Hi Everyone,

The Romanovs abdicated today, and so shall I. As you might have predicted from my recent sparse posting, I’ve decided to give up my front page status. That’s for a lot of reasons, including that I’ve got a bunch of other writing projects going on, and there’s a limit to how much time I can spend at a keyboard.

I’m really grateful to John for the opportunity, and also to the other Front Pagers (esp. Betty and TaMara and Alain) for their help and support at various times.

The best part of the gig was the Juicers I met in person during the Meetups. You were all wonderful!

And getting to support my favored candidate–by whom I mean, of course, Baud. :-)

Best to everyone here – I’ll be lurking!
Hillary

Totally respect your decision, for all that I wish I could commission you or something like that to do some summaries of the global warming score of, say, Daiya “cheese” versus what I’m using it (for health and putatively environmental reasons, not your core motivation i kno) to replace.

Might not be fast enough to fight the pipeline, but eating more oats peas beans and barley oh is one way anyone with a stove can fight the global-warming deniers, I say!
