    My ginger derp cat does the same thing in my bed. Sadly I have to move him to lay down, but he jist cuddles up next to me and goes back to sleep.

    He may be dumber then a bag of hammers but he’s the most affectionate cat I’ve ever known.

    She always reminds me of my grandparent’s dog from when I was a kid, Taja. Exact same coloring and rough breed mix, although Taj was about half Lily’s size. Sweet, if slightly neurotic little girl.

    I don’t make ’em move, I just sit real close if they’re where I want to sit. If they want to snuggle, fine. If they feel like they have to leave in a huff, not my problem.

    We had an active 60-pound yearling puppy visiting us with the crowds at Thanksgiving, and that has escalated my longing to have a dog in the house again. But I’m still determined to wait till the 16+ – year – old cat is gone. She doesn’t need that kind of stress.
