OK, dog thread. I went to the dentist this afternoon and got three small cavities filled. When I arrived home with a very numb mouth my two year old Lab-Heeler mix, Max, immediately spotted that there was something wrong with me. I don’t know if there was a smell from the novocain or just that my mouth was half paralyzed. He had to come over and smell my face. Apparently he decided I wasn’t going to die and then he wanted to play fetch.
