    It summarizes the ten instances of probable obstruction of justice. Should be plenty for impeachment, and there’s more in emoluments, setting up concentration camps. general corruption of his cabinet, and much more.

    It looks like a third of the Democratic House Caucus have come out for impeachment.

    I’m curious who the holdouts are. I’m still convinced that Pelosi is not actually anti-impeachment, but she doesn’t have enough of a majority to override the holdouts in the caucus. It would be horrendous if the vote to impeach failed because a group of Democrats voted with the Republicans.

    @Mnemosyne: Yes, it would be horrendous. And Pelosi knows how to count votes. But I’d like to see more public statements that this president is unfit for the office. It’s the leadership’s responsibility to whip votes. I’d love to hear some of those conversations.

    I haven’t seen a list of those who have come out in favor of impeachment. If I do, I’ll share.

    Important to continue differentiating between supporting impeachment and supporting holding impeachment hearings. They are not interchangeable; the latter (obviously) provides potential impact on the former.

    @NotMax: On a related note…. This what Christofascists’ rollback of protections against anti-trans discrimination looks like. “Religious freedom” for healthcare providers meant a friend was afraid to go to the ER of a Catholic hospital because she’d have to disclose that she’s trans and she was concerned about how she’d be treated (or not treated at all).
