It works because it’s associated on the envelope with Planned Parenthood. I still don’t think it works as a campaign slogan for Democrats.

FWIW, the NYT today has two full pages of short vignettes provided by readers describing their experience of being told to go back or asking about where they are from.

I sent Planned Parenthood an additional $100 the day after I heard about the Governor of Missouri imposing additional invasive tests on pregnant women there before they can receive abortion counseling. We need to impose unlubricated rectal exams of all men seeking Viagra!!

@Brachiator: Yes, the Democrats need an optimistic, forward-looking slogan.
I don’t have any ideas but I’m pretty sure I will know the right slogan when I see it.

A judge in South Georgia didn’t like my Peachtree Street address and told me I needed to “go back to where your family name means something!”
The joke was on him—I’m the first person in my family to live in Georgia!
