Beautiful! Needed a good shot of color today.

What a great idea for a theme! Is that first photo the result of chem trails?
debbie
The closest I ever feel to being blessed is when I catch that split second where the sky is on fire with color! ?
JanieM
Lovely. In particular, soothingly lovely. No mystery about where your nym came from. ;-)
WaterGirl
Gorgeous! And so calming. I can feel my breathing slow when I look at these.
SkyBluePink
@stinger: Oh No!
I never thought of the chem trails- I’ll have to delete these pics from all devices! ;-)
debbie
@WaterGirl:
Did you take these? I don’t see authorship anywhere.
WaterGirl
@debbie: SkyBluePink is the BJ photographer on this one
Maybe it’s confusing because the post is all about skies in blue and pink?
stinger
@SkyBluePink: Please don’t do that! It’s a beautiful photo!

Being my mornings begin around 5-6, this is my morning walk scene daily here on the SF peninsula and yes, it takes the cold breath away and stops any other thoughts than those of awe and gratitude. A healing, nurturing way to begin the days.
debbie
@WaterGirl:
Yep, that was my confusion. Thanks.
Layer8Problem
@SkyBluePink: Please, I beg you, confirm yea or nay whether your nym is a Yogi Bear reference.
ETA: And thanks for the photos!
SkyBluePink
@Layer8Problem:
Actually is something my father used to say. And I love color.
WaterGirl
@Layer8Problem: What did Yogi used to say?
Layer8Problem
@WaterGirl: An episode involved him and Boo-Boo in mid-hibernation being awakened by a nice young woman knocking at their cave door and introducing herself as Snow White. Yogi’s bleary response was, if I remember correctly, “Yeah, and I’m Sky Blue Pink,” which I found hysterical when I first saw it eight thousand years ago.
WaterGirl
@Layer8Problem: Cute! I would watch Yogi and BooBoo again if they were on.
