Open Enrollment Ends Tonight

Good morning Jackals —

 

For anyone living in a state that uses Healthcare.gov and for people living in most state based market places, OPEN ENROLLMENT PERIOD for health insurance ends tonight at local midnight.

This means that getting health insurance after tonight gets a whole lot harder and less predictable.

Go sign up if you have not already.

Go convince your relative or your neighbor or your neighbor’s relative one last time to sign up.

I’ll be checking in and out of comments all day if you need any help.

    Speaking of the Harvard educated DeSantis, apparently Florida is not going to enforce the vaccine mandate for health care workers that was approved by the Supremes this week.

    “The state of Florida is not going to serve as the Biden administration’s biomedical police,” Christina Pushaw, a spokesperson for DeSantis, wrote in an email Thursday.
