    Aww, happy dogs.

    New kitten is going well. Been holding off on writing a post until she’s better integrated into the household, idk, maybe I’m worried about jinxing it. Anyway she and Sam are learning to live together still but they get better at it every day!

    My daughter and her wife also have a Great Dane. What a loveable dog!

    I too am still using Twitter while I wait for another social media site to offer embed codes that I can use on my blog — Mastodon has an embed option that doesn’t work very well (no videos or photos).  I’ve tried Post and Spoutible and CounterSocial and Tribel but none of them offer embed codes. Instagram posts can be embedded but they usually just have videos, not news or commentary

    Major ^4 — Great photo of the new kitten, so subtle !!

    Be careful, those fur sneks can trip one up at any time of night or day. I use a bright red led lamp every time I get out of bed late at night, our nearly black tortie is very prone to being a tripping hazard!

    My first dog was my next door grandma’s great dane  Jerry, for most of my life I called her Jerry Grandma to differentiate her from my other grandma, Harper Grandma, who lived on a tiny farm in Harper… When I was tiny I could ride Jerry like a horse, and he was fine with that. Love big dogs!

    You all keep on keeping on !!!
