    As it’s an open thread, I sure would like to see a better yard sign from the campaign. I was in the middle of buying one when my wife saw it and said she’d prefer buying one of the much better ones at Amazon. Argh!

    Salutations, gentlefolk !

    You may remember that, last month, I stated my plans to purchase a bunch of stamps, both postcard and letter, from the USPS.com website.  have found that I clicked wrong button or something, didn’t buy any stamps, no charges to my account… Grrrr…  But I shall walk the six blocks to the Old Main Post Office*, purchase them there, then another block to the drop box outside City Hall, put in my ballot for Ms. MacIver, future Congressperson.

    Looking forward to seeing all of you at the Pershing Square Cafe, next Saturday

    *If you like salmon-pink marble, the lobby is worth a trip
