Editor’s note (mine:
*Donald Trump called for his own party to vote to release the files, after weeks spent claiming the vote was a distraction led by the Democratic Party CORRECTION: after… he realized that he was going to look like fool when at least 100 or more Republicans were going to vote to release the files.
What do you guys think the vote would have been if Trump hadn’t given the okay at the last minute?
I know we’ll never know, but it would be interesting to see what you all think.
I am confident the Rs have something up their sleeve that they think / hope / pray will keep the files from being released, but this is an unequivocally good step for these women, regardless of the obstruction that will sure be attempted going forward.
