Daschle blasts Bush economic record in a preview of Democrats’ campaign
In Daschle’s world, nothing helps an economy more than a fresh round of taxation and regulatory intervention, along with the obligatory redistribution of wealth. Alas, Bush et. al don’t buy this line of thinking. Thus, according to Daschle, their record is “atrocious.”

Reports are that Saddam will have nukes in 3 months or less. So the U.N. wants to give him 12 months.
Time to withdraw funding and support from the U.N., kick them out of NY, and then charge all the bastards for all the parking tickets they ran up. The U.N. can headquarter itself somehwere where it finds its mission better understood. Maybe in Libya, with their Human Rights Chair, Ghaddafi.
