So the Steelers won last night, but I have to admit, I have never felt worse about a victory than I did last night.
Is there anything else bad that can happen to the Dolphins? I don’t think Wannstedt is a very good coach, but you have to feel for him. This season just isn’t his fault.
Justin Ogren
Hey man, don’t feel bad. My Niners played the first 2 games they should have one, and were absolutely pitiful in the game against the Seahawks. The Niners second game they showed potential with Rattay and had great peaks with their defense, but couldn’t make it. 0-3 :(

Hey, at least you guys have games to watch. Those of us who firmly believe that if it isn’t played on ice is isn’t worth playing are out in the cold. (Ouch that is a bad pun)
Ralph Gizzip
I’m keeping my mouth shut. There’s only 3 words to describe my team.
Stink. On. Ice.

As a Seahawk fan, I’m enjoying the season so far. But, I’m not going to gloat. They still have to prove they can win in the playoffs. As for the Dolphins, their season hopes literally went “up in smoke”.

And that says alot……of what marijuana can do.
It helps him on a level industry drugs can’t. Of course Ricky Williams is gone, but health is more important than football.
I think it’s hilarious how he left football to smoke weed, but I understand, I don’t use anti-depressants anymore. Marijuana works better than paxil and prozac ever could.

And somewhere, somehow, it’s all Mike Ditka’s fault for drafting the pot smoking Ricky Williams. Still though, I think Wayne Huyzenga deserves to get treating like the Dolphins are because of how he dealt with Shula.

Speaking of Ricky Williams, as an Eagles fan it’s amazing how impossible it is to find someone today that admits to being one of the people that wanted Ricky in the ’99 draft over Donovan.
Luckily, there’s that video that is constantly shown over and over of those idiots booing Donovan at the draft, so at least they can’t say today that they really wanted Donovan.
Geoff Matthews
I’m more of a Vikings fan, but man, imagine if the Eagles chose Williams over Donovan. Sure, Ricky might still be playing (if he could find someone to take his drug test for him), but the quarterback makes the team.
I must say, if I were doing the drafting back then, I would have tried for Jerome Kersey. But Culpepper has developed into a fine quarterback. Just give him a good o-line and he’ll go down as one of the great ones.

I can’t say that I care much what happens to the Dolphins. My Browns are toast, thanx to idiot Butch Davis. My Chargers are toast, because Drew Brees is slightly less accurate than a Michael Moore film and has a corps of wide receivers that frighten only their own coaches. That leaves only the Steelers to defend Western Civilization from the barbaric hordes of dome teams, sleezeball owners, arrogant coaches (Butch?) and country club fans.
And, yes, I like both the Browns and the Steelers. Get over it.

Funny, when I was looking at the linked stats I saw “MIA Passing, MIA receiving and MIA rushing.” Yup, with numbers like those the whole Dolphin offence is MIA. Doesn’t bother me, none of them are on my FF team.

Take it from a Chicagoan…Wanny’s problem is NOT bad luck…he’s just a bad coach. He works hard. He seems to have a good grasp of defense. But in crunch time…when it comes to the difference between an average coach and a good coach…Wanny fails.
His games are always close…just can’t close the deal.
John Cole
I still remember them booing donovan at the draft.
JohnO
Cole, enjoy it while you can. Because my Bengals are going to open up a can of whoopass on your Steelers. At least I hope they do because I’ve got to use Palmer in my FF team as Minnesota has a bye.
