It is the end of the semester, and I have but a few more projects and finals to grade. On the scheudle for this afternoon as I watch in delight as the students stream out of town for the holidays are:

1 bottle 2002 Alamos Malbec
1 bottle 2003 Lurton Pinot Gris
1 Troi Petits Cochons Mousse Truffee, a pork and chicken liver mousse with truffles and topped with Aspic.
1 bag Neva Betta crackers

For dessert, several Padron Anniversary series and steaming mug of Kona.

For the ears, Boz Scaggs and Bill Withers.

No. I will not be blogging tonight.

I have not ruled out busting hard and fast into the Laphroiag at some point, either.
