I wondered if the Senators weren’t doing a bit of a rope-a-dope: let Pittsburgh stay in their zone, buzz around, take a bazillion shots, Anderson makes the saves, tired Penguins can’t play D, Ottawa comes down for a couple of great chances.

Congratulations to the Pens, although I am sorry for my Canadian friends. They have now gone 24 years without a Stanley Cup for a Canadian team. Would have been nice for them to advance and maybe take it in this 150th anniversary year, but life doesn’t generally go along in such a tidy way.
