Come for the politics, stay for the snark.

Our messy unity will be our strength.

Disagreements are healthy; personal attacks are not.

Giving in to doom is how we fail to fight for ourselves & one another.

I am pretty sure these ‘journalists’ were not always such a bootlicking sycophants.

Giving in to doom is how authoritarians win.

Republicans: The threats are dire, but my tickets are non-refundable!

If you can’t control your emotions, someone else will.

Teach a man to fish, and he’ll sit in a boat all day drinking beer.

If senate republicans had any shame, they’d die of it.

There are a lot more evil idiots than evil geniuses.

Republicans choose power over democracy, every day.

It’s a good piece. click on over. but then come back!!

“woke” is the new caravan.

Petty moves from a petty man.

the 10% who apparently lack object permanence

Is it irresponsible to speculate? It is irresponsible not to.

I’d like to think you all would remain faithful to me if i ever tried to have some of you killed.

If you cannot answer whether trump lost the 2020 election, you are unfit for office.

Perhaps you mistook them for somebody who gives a damn.

Republicans: “Abortion is murder but you can take a bus to get one.” Easy peasy.

Relentless negativity is not a sign that you are more realistic.

The National Guard is not Batman.

So fucking stupid, and still doing a tremendous amount of damage.

Sometimes the world just tells you your cat is here.

Mister president, please stop punching yourself.

***Update***

And again, and again, and again, and again, and again. Our president is an assault rifle on full auto, aimed at himself.

I can’t imagine what we did to deserve the level of dishonesty this administration has been throwing at us

You must be new here. Welcome to America, macaca, or whatever your name is.

The Joke Government still has two more years, folks.

Fasten your safety belts and wear your helmets.

Today’s Terror Threat Level is Orange! (HIGH)

All Americans should continue to be vigilant, take notice of their surroundings, and report suspicious items or activities to local authorities immediately.

From today’s Department of Homeland Security press release.

Does the crap going on in the White House count as a suspicious activity?

There’s this scary guy hanging around in the bushes at the White House. Call the SWAT team. Tell them to shoot to kill.

How many billions poured into Homeland Security? What do we have to show for it? Color-coded days, petting zoos in Indiana protected from terrorist attack, and “Nobody could ever have imagined the levees breaking.”

    Yep, 9/11 changed everything.

Remember folks, only Democrats can harm our nation. Republicans only do what is ‘right’. Therefore, it stands to reason that if the right is always right, the left must be wrong. Remember, black & white, got it?

Mister president, please stop punching yourself.

While it’s true that even his punctuation marks are lies, none of the fact checking and analysis has any effect on the “base”, and, being a professional pessimist, I don’t think it has much effect on most of the 72%. The pres speaks on TV with an audience of millions, and the fact checkers post to blogs; blogs that are generally not looked at by anybody but the already convinced. Please, Somebody refute this analysis and give me some hope.

Not to mention the rest of us, too.

I have often wondered if it’s not just a color coded billboard being controlled by admin flunkies playing Simon with a few extra buttons added just to make it harder

The general threat level has been yellow (orange for flights) for about…forever.

For a while the DC’s Metro ran announcements telling people to be on the look out for suspicious activity or people. Sure. In a public transportation system in a large urban area it’s reeaaal easy to pick out the suspicious folks. Just take the entire train.

They don’t run those announcements any more.
