John Cole’s salsa recipe:

One large can peeled whole tomatos
One onion cut into eighths
One half small jar of mild, medium, or hot sliced banana peppers
1/3 bunch cilantro

Throw it all in a blender for 5 bursts of the pulse. Add Kosher salt, black pepper, and white pepper to taste. Sometimes a tablespoon of good olive oil in the blender is fun.

Eat with the lime tortilla chips and drink with copious amounts of frozen fruity drinks or Coronas.

In the dog eat dog world of blogdom, my crisis and career induced hiatus from blogging has put me in the unadmirable position of being dropped from the link-love sections of numerous blogs. All of which means I have to whore for hits again, which is demeaning and awful, but not the least bit below me.
