A politically active New Englander, unknown to upwards of 85% of the American population, is demanding that anyone who ‘misled’ the country immediately resign:
I demand truth from my government in Washington.
It is now clear that some officials in this Administration misled the nation and misled the world. These people must be held accountable for their failure to give us the truth before we went to war.
But we should not have to wait for investigations to rid our government of those who misled the American people.
They know who they are, and they can resign on their own today. I demand the resignation of those who engaged in this deception.
I am not sure what he is looking for, since he makes no specific charge, accuses no one in particular, just that ‘some officials’ may have ‘misled’ (and note- you can mislead people without lying- well, by being wrong, or making a mistake). And by the way, that obscure New Englander is not Lyndon LaRouche. It is Howard Dean, once again tapping into the anger of the fringe.
Like I said- Dean is going to win the Democrat nomination, and then lose 40+ states in the general election.
