Okay, I got my help, so the meet-up is on. Here’s the info and thanks to Scamp Dog for taking over setup duties. From him:

Hello Juicers, how about Denver area get-together at Rosita’s (8050 N Federal Blvd, Westminster, CO) on Sunday, October 22nd? I will make reservations the day before, and try to scare up some green balloons to mark our table.

I’m thinking about 5 pm since some of you have a drive. Give us a head  count and if all that sounds good in the comments.  Now that I’m not in charge, I’m very excited to me all of you. Lurkers and introverts more than welcome!

    @Emma Anne: If it’s the same Gretchen I’m thinking of, she’s about 600 miles away in suburban Kansas City. (Or did she mention a road trip to CO? I don’t catch all the posts/comments.)

    She and a fellow Kansan were talking about a get-together on an earlier thread, but not the one planned for the Denver area.

    I was heading to San Francisco that Sunday for an arbitration, but it got moved to Denver. Then, as soon as the case settled, eliminating my trip to Denver, you guys schedule a meetup there. I’m trying not to take this personally….

    Enjoy, I’ve heard good things about Rositas! If I get to Southern Colorado next summer, I’ll try to arrange a meetup somewhere convenient, like Dorothy’s Tamales in Fairplay.

    I’ll likely show up, expect at least someone that I’ll click with. As I’ve said, I don’t relate well to the “I’m with her” types, or the rural PTSD/gun nuts. But even though i don’t smoke i should get along with the pot heads. I’m not a native but I have chosen Denver as one of the best places to live.

    So, count on 2 of us. My SO has never and would never consider even looking at BJ but I think you will find her interesting.
